A Space For Self-Actualized Growth and Change
About Me
I am a WA state licensed Couple and Family Therapist specializing in anxiety, sexuality, and relationships. I work with adults across the lifespan and adolescents 12+.
I believe our health and well-being are deeply connected to our relationships and sense of self-worth. While we value authentic connection, many of us aren’t taught how to build and sustain healthy relationships—with others or with ourselves. I work with clients to change unhelpful and self-defeating patterns and develop the skills needed for more fulfilling relationships and a stronger sense of self. My work with clients often focuses on emotion regulation, increasing self-attunement, practicing open honest communication, interrupting avoidance and people-pleasing patterns, boundary setting, and working through internal conflicts.

Therapeutic Approach
I integrate evidence-based practices with my systemic couple and family therapy training to support clients in their change process. Modalities I draw from include:
The Developmental Model, which integrates attachment, differentiation, and neuroscience
Internal Family Systems
The Gottman Method
Narrative Therapy
Gestalt Therapy
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP)
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
My training in sex therapy supports open, affirming conversations about sexuality, identity, and pleasure. Some clients arrive with specific sex-related concerns, while others are still exploring how to understand their experiences and identity. Wherever you are in that journey, therapy can be a safe, non-judgmental space to learn about yourself and build a more authentic relationship with your body and sexuality.
